Mycelis is a conceptual creation that explores the dialogue between innovation and tradition through material experimentation.

At its core lies a textile grown from mycelium, the root-like structure of fungi paired with vegetable-tanned leather, chosen for its natural integrity and its deep connection to artisanal craftsmanship. Rather than serving as a functional accessory, this piece was conceived as a material study, an exploration of how this emerging medium responds when shaped and structured. It embodies our pursuit of new possibilities while honoring time-honored techniques.

Entirely handcrafted, the body of the bag is complemented by handles attached through a refined composition of vegetable-tanned leather and stingray skin.

The stingray elements evoke organic root forms that seem to grow upward, mirroring how natural roots seek light. Through this interplay of form and texture, Mycelis transcends the notion

of an object.

It becomes a reflection on hidden systems, the poetry of growth, and the subtle balance between nature and human intention.
